Founded in the heart of Randolph, Wisconsin, the Randolph Trail Busters Snowmobile Club is a dedicated group of snowmobile enthusiasts committed to maintaining safe, scenic, and enjoyable trails across Dodge and Columbia counties.

What started as a small group of local riders has grown into a strong community of volunteers, families, landowners, and snowmobilers who all share a passion for winter adventure. Each year, our dedicated members volunteer countless hours to maintain and groom miles of scenic trails—providing riders with some of the finest snowmobiling experiences in southern Wisconsin.

We proudly work in cooperation with local landowners, the Dodge and Columbia County Snowmobile Councils, and the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC) to protect access to trails and advocate for the future of the sport.

Meet Your Club Officers

  • Dan Neiman- President

    The President of the Randolph Trail Busters Snowmobile Club serves as the chief leader, spokesperson, and representative of the club. This role involves overseeing all club operations, facilitating meetings, supporting volunteers, and ensuring the club fulfills its mission to maintain trails, promote safety, and build community.

  • Darren Sytsma- Vice President

    The Vice President of the Randolph Trail Busters Snowmobile Club serves as the club’s second-in-command and is a key leader within the organization. This role supports the President, helps manage club operations, and ensures that trail work, events, and communications run smoothly—especially when the President is unavailable.

    The Vice President is also seen as a bridge between the club officers and the general membership, helping to keep things organized and moving forward.

  • Julie Neiman- Secretary

    The Secretary of the Randolph Trail Busters Snowmobile Club plays a crucial administrative role in keeping the club organized, informed, and running smoothly. As the official record-keeper, the Secretary is responsible for documenting meetings, managing communications, and maintaining important club records.

    The Secretary ensures that members stay connected and that the club’s activities are clearly documented for accountability, transparency, and historical reference.

  • Mary Braaksma- Treasurer

    The Treasurer of the Randolph Trail Busters Snowmobile Club is responsible for managing the club’s finances with accuracy, transparency, and accountability. This includes handling income and expenses, tracking memberships, preparing reports, and ensuring the club remains in good financial standing.

    The Treasurer plays a key role in keeping the club funded, compliant, and ready to support everything from trail grooming to events.

  • Steve Schultz, Russell Jones, Mark Kirchberg- Additional Board Members

    Represent the general membership and bring additional insight, feedback, and support to club decisions and initiatives
